We want you to be delighted with your order. Your legal rights to return items are also protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition. But if you change your mind about something after this time limit and you haven't used it, then please contact us - we might still be able to help. Similarly, if you are unsure about sizing or design, then do get in touch and we will do our best to advise you.
Other than that, there is no need to tell us before returning something. Simply wrap it up and post it back to us, with a note giving your name and address. We aim to issue refunds on the same day as receiving the return. You will have to pay the costs of returning the item to us.
If you would like an exchange, rather than a refund, then either include the details on your note with the parcel or (and in our experience this is often the easier method) simply order the new item from the website in the usual way.
If the item was sent to you by special delivery, then those costs are not refundable.
We will, of course, refund or replace any faulty items any reasonable time after purchase and whether or not they have been used. In those circumstances, we will also refund the return postage costs.
